    When you reserve your bundle, we’ll ask you to tell us a little bit about your style, your baby, and when you’d like delivery to be. We’ll be in touch a couple weeks before delivery to confirm and then the clothes will arrive right at your front door.

    When you need to size up or change out for something different, just scan the QR code on your bundle box and complete a Return or Exchange form. We’ll connect with you right away to confirm a pickup date.

  • Along with the clothing, we include delivery, pickup, laundering, and general wear and tear coverage. You will also receive a welcome package with your first order that includes additional information and a few goodies.

  • We only purchase directly from brands that strive to do better for the environment and the people in it. In practice, we do our best to stick to Canadian-made items where possible, and where it's not, we make sure they are open and transparent about their sourcing. The goal is to get these clothes to your home as sustainably as possible.

    And when we say we shop mindfully, we really, really mean it. In addition to what we purchase direct, we also source mint condition resale items to include, so you may see a different brand pop up once in a while. As long as it meets our high standards of quality, we strive to keep the circular economy going as long as possible.

  • It will partly depend on what you choose as your style preferences when you reserve a bundle, but our general aesthetic is cozy neutrals, earthy colours, and simple, cute prints.

  • We’re starting simple, so not yet, but it’s certainly in our plans. When we have a bit more inventory on hand, we hope to be able to replicate the experience of online shopping for those who want it — while keeping our curated bundles available for those who don’t.

  • When you complete your bundle reservation form, there will be an opportunity to indicate your desired delivery date. We’ll follow up with you directly a couple weeks prior to delivery to confirm the date and size.

    For your first order, there’s some lead time to confirm inventory, but exchanges are available for immediate delivery in 2-3 days.

  • Congratulations! Babies are pretty swell.

    And of course! If you’re looking to put Habiller on a baby registry, we recommend a gift card so that you’re not locked into anything — and they’re officially available in the shop now.

  • Like normal. When you sign up to become a member, we’ll send you a welcome package with a laundry guide and some stain removing helpers. Our aim is to ensure your laundry-filled life doesn’t get any more complicated while helping our clothes last through as many families as possible.

  • We get it – babies are a mess. Unless you’ve literally taken a pair of scissors to it or the damage exceeds normal baby wear and tear, no charge.

  • It happens! Just let us know and we’ll only charge you our cost to replace. We do take into account how many cycles the item is on, so it could be less.

  • If you’ve received something that just absolutely does not fit or is not your style, send us an email and we’ll arrange for something different.

  • Good question! We’re working on getting Habiller tags on all our items so you can always check those if you’re unsure. We also include a packing list with your bundle for your reference.

    If both those measures don’t work for you, we’re happy to connect and let you know what was included in your bundle – just send us an email.

  • When you’re ready to exchange your bundle, scan the QR code inside your bundle box and complete a Return or Exchange form. If you’re pausing or cancelling your rental, we ask that you arrange for a pickup date within one week of the request.

  • This one is going to sound strange, but we’d actually prefer that you don’t.

    In an effort to be a little more water conscious, we are happy to pick up the clothes in all their baby mess glory because they’ll be heading to the laundry regardless. We’re happy to take that extra task off your plate.

  • You’ll be charged in advance for your bundle reservation, but only for the first month. Following that, your billing date will be on the same date that you receive your delivery.

  • Absolutely! Any time. We just ask that you submit the cancellation prior to midnight MST on your renewal date and schedule a pickup within a week of cancellation. If you haven’t yet received your package and we haven’t confirmed delivery, we’ll simply process the refund.

  • If you contact us within 24 hours of delivery and return your bundle to us in the same condition it arrived in, we would be happy to issue a refund.

  • We launder and repair every item to keep it in circulation as long as possible. When items do need to find a new home, they find their way there through a few different routes. We’ll offer wearable items still in for sale in our shop. We’ll also work with charities directly to find homes for some items. Finally, we work to fully recycle anything that’s no longer wearable.

    Basically, we’re doing a lot of work to make sure anything that comes through our shop stays out of the landfill.

  • A lot of the data comes out of Europe, but we do know that Canadians throw out an average of 37 kg of textiles annually.

    In a lifecycle assessment completed by PlanMiljø for Dutch clothing rental company Circos, baby clothing renters save an average of 242 litres of water and 6 kilos of carbon dioxide emissions per month by not buying new.

    Additionally, UK-based Waste and Resources Action Program estimates that extending a garments life cycle by nine months reduces its carbon, water, and waste footprints of clothing by 20-30% per garment.
